Ever since I was young, I’ve had a fascination for the great outdoors.  I began my journey in the woods behind my parent’s house.  As I explored the wilderness, I would hear the sounds of the forest: songbirds echoing through the canopy, trickling water lapping across smoothed rocks, and most importantly: the occasional silence.

My love of nature encouraged me to explore the science behind natural resources.
